July 1981   Nissho Iwai Non-Ferrous Metals Corp. (predecessor of the current ALCONIX CORPORATION) was established with a capital of ¥100 million.
Company headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Commenced sales of non-ferrous metal materials, focusing mainly on aluminum and copper products.
July 1982   NAGOYA BRANCH established.
April 1983   OSAKA BRANCH established.
April 1987   Capital increased by ¥100 million, bringing the total capital to ¥200 million.
May 1989   HOKURIKU OFFICE established.
August 1992   Headquarters relocated to Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
April 2000   Total capital was increased to ¥400 million, as a result of a merger with Nissho Iwai Metal & Products Corp., which was capitalized at ¥200 million. After the trading rights for non-ferrous metal products were transferred from the Nissho Iwai Corporation (the current Sojitz Corporation), the company name was changed to NISSHO IWAI ALCONIX Corporation.
Capital was increased by ¥200 million, bringing the total capital to \600 million.
Headquarters relocated to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
April 2000   Headquarters relocated to the current address (Minato-ku, Tokyo).
March 2001   Capital increased to ¥1,040,000,000. (Completion of capital increase paid in by management.)
July 2001   Capital increased to ¥1,070,100,000. (Completion of capital increase paid in by employees.)
January 2004   Development of ALCONIX overseas network

· ALCONIX (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. established (in Singapore)
· ALCONIX HONG KONG CORP. LTD. established (in Hong Kong)

April 2006   Capital incleased to 1,467.90 million yen

July 2006   HAMAMATSU OFFICE established.
August 2006   ALCONIX EUROPE GMBH established in Düsseldorf, Germany
January 2007   ALCONIX(MALAYSIA)SDN.BHD. established in Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA
March 2007   Capital incleased to 1,467.90 million yen (Capital issued as execution)
August to September 2007   Release establish of joint venture
TIANJIN RIHUAN RECYCLE RESOURCES LTD. and 5 others
February 2008   ALCONIX(TAIWAN)CORPORATION established in Taipei, Taiwan.
March 2008   Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section
April 2008   ALCONIX SANSHIN CORP. established in Tokyo (Sanshin-Rinkei Div. as Predecessor)
April 2009   ALCONIX HAYASHI CORP. established in Tokyo. Performed the M&A of HAYASHI METAL Corp. by the ALCONIX HAYASHI Corp.
June 2009   HIROSHIMA OFFICE established.
July 2009   ALCONIX OHKAWA CORP. established in Tokyo. Performed the M&A of OHKAWA CORP. by the ALCONIX OHKAWA CORP.

October 2009   ALCONIX (SHANGHAI) CORP.SHENZHEN BRANCH established in Shenzhen, CHINA
