Increase in starting salary for new graduate employees

ALCONIX CORPORATION Corp., Ltd. has decided to increase the starting salaries of new graduate employees, as described below.

For University graduates: 305,000 yen (250,000 yen before the increase)

Increase rate: 22%

Along with this increase in starting salaries, we will also be implementing a base-pay increase for non-managerial employees.

Implementation date: July 1, 2024
