Inspection and Testing Equipment Field

ALCONIX handles equipment related to inspection and measurement of products and components as a behind-the-scenes player in quality assurance that supports the value of industrial products. In addition to selling nondestructive testing and marking equipment boasting high market competitiveness to major automobile, steel, and heavy industry manufacturers, which are our main customers, sales of various testing equipment used in the urban development and construction fields are also one of the pillars of our business. Through active collaboration between the ALCONIX Group and small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies, and by strengthening overseas expansion, ALCONIX aims to be a manufacturing group that "brings science to quality assurance.”

Automotive Materials Field

ALCONIX handles products related to the production of automotive parts. Specifically, we supply plating materials for automotive components, cashew resin for brake-related parts, carbon brushes for small motors for electrical components, and welding materials for repair of automotive molds. ALCONIX specializes in niche areas that affect product quality and smooth production and has secured a high position in the industry through such specialization.

Chemical Products and New Materials Field

With a medium- to long-term rise in demand for electronic devices, plating materials for semiconductors and busbars for power distribution have become one of the main products in this segment. ALCONIX also handles radio wave absorbers, which are essential for 5G communication technology. Furthermore, the ALCONIX Group has expanded into contract manufacturing business for chemical products. In addition to responding to the diverse needs of customers in Japan and overseas by utilizing our extensive production facilities and inspection equipment, we also plan and develop commissioned products and propose improved products by taking advantage of our R&D capability.
