The "ALCONIX CORPORATION Group Human Rights Policy" has been published

ALCONIX CORPORATION (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroshi Teshirogi; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has formulated the "ALCONIX CORPORATION Group Human Rights Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the guidelines of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Under the slogan "Drawing the future of our dreams," our Group has always aimed to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and has clearly stated its respect for human rights in its Group Code of Conduct.

On this basis, we have formulated this new policy today to ensure that all officers and employees of our Group share the view of respecting human rights and implementing it in their work.

Going forward, we will continue to sincerely address human rights issues within our own company and in our supply chain, and work together as a Group to further strengthen our efforts to respect human rights so that we can continue to be a trusted company by our stakeholders.
